I like this layout because it can be used to remember any day. I picture it with a photo of my Mom and my Children. I would write something on the tag about how lucky she is to get to spend time with her Grand kids every day. Spending your life with love surrounding you is definitely something to celebrate!
I packed this layout full of hand drawn features. For the border, I cut white paper to size, and then meticulously doodled the black and whit pattern. I also put the same black and white border around the hearts
Around all of the different papers, I added black doodles to help define them.
The title is two different rub-on sets that I combined to say "Celebrate: Your Life". The little flowers and butterflies are also rub-ons. Black brads help to define the space for the removable tag.

I use only acid free and archival safe materials. They will not harm your photos. This is a print and stick layout, meaning that all you have to do is print your photos and stick them to the page.
